If your watch needs repair or service,

Please note, for Warranty Repairs you must submit a valid warranty card with your watch with the date of purchase indicated. 

Our Warranty states as follows: 

2 YEAR LIMITED INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE ABINGDON CO. CUSTOMERS 
If the owner of an Abingdon product finds a problem as per the manufacturing of the watch, he or she should contact Abingdon Watches customer support at 915 SW Rimrock Way, Suite 201 PMB 107, Redmond, OR 97756 or at 310.736.5673. Please have ready your name, phone number, and order number as listed on your receipt.

Abingdon Watches will repair or replace only the model of the watch which was purchased or, if so deemed give a full refund to the customer. Guaranteed. Expect 2-3 weeks for repair and/or replacement if the damage is considerable. Abingdon Watches is not responsible for any damage arising from the theft, fire, acts of God, typhoons, or other natural catastrophes while the products are in the possession of the customer.

If your repair is out of warranty, you will receive a written estimate through email in approximately 3 days after we receive your watch in our facility.
